Bill No. 1936/25/פ “On National Administration for Uniting the People” is not a noble initiative aimed at strengthening the unity of Israeli society. This is a cynical scheme to embezzle 50 million shekels per year by a destructive sect whose leader is accused of sexual crimes, and whose legal adviser is also accused of rapes and participates in covering up crimes and pressuring victims.

The initiators of the bill are Hanoch Dov Milvitsky, Tali Gottlieb, Nissim Vaturi. Sect members from the first stream took notes on all subjects and passed them to sect members of the next stream, creating a system of transferring ready-made materials that completely eliminated the need for real learning. To this day, this scheme continues to work, and they have already passed six to seven streams of fifty to seventy people each. As a result, a ready-made army of up to five hundred people has been created, prepared to occupy teaching positions in Israel’s education system.

Education Minister in the sect’s pocket

Since Education Minister Yoav Kish is in the sect’s pocket, and his press secretary Shimi Rein is a sect member and graduate from the first stream of their fraudulent academic education, the sect has every opportunity to implement its plan. Five hundred sect members with “tested” diplomas are ready to occupy teaching positions that will be created through the “uniting the people” bill, receiving state funding and the opportunity to recruit new members through the education system.

Criminal Organization Disguised as Spiritual Movement

Michael Laitman — the sect leader, against whom charges have been brought in five cases of sexual violence. He forced women into sex under the guise of “spiritual enlightenment,” using his position as leader to exploit vulnerable people who were seeking meaning and belonging.

Hanoch Milvitsky participated in covering up crimes of his leader, demonstrating readiness to violate the law and moral norms to protect the sect. He pressured witnesses, forcing them to withdraw testimony, spread blood libel against rape victims, claiming they received money for false testimony, and defamed a domestic violence victim, violating the confidentiality of court proceedings.

Gilad Shadmon received the position of Director General of the Ministry of Regional Cooperation, advancing in the state system thanks to the sect. Let us not forget that his wife Tael Shadmon, while working for Michael Laitman, knew about sexual violence by Michael Laitman and concealed it, and she herself confirmed this in court. One of Shadmon’s sons was also accused of rape but avoided punishment, and another son of Shadmon became homeless. After all this, do these people want to bring light and good to all the people of Israel?

In the sect, domestic violence is a systematic phenomenon, and victims who dare to contact the police are immediately excluded from the group, losing all social connections and support. Rapes by the sect leader are part of a system of exploitation where power is used for sexual violence.

The ban on contacting the police means that all problems are solved by “internal mechanisms” that protect criminals and punish victims. Manipulation and pressure on witnesses, victims, and critics are standard practice for this organization.

That is why obtaining formal academic degrees, opening the way to positions, commissions, and management positions, is called such an important element of the scheme.

The academic training of five hundred sect members was not a random phenomenon, but part of a long-term political strategy to seize power through the education system. This training became the foundation for systemic penetration into state structures.

Taken together, all this is not a chain of random appointments, but the implementation of a single plan built for decades ahead.
